Hello Ken,

For stencil thickness we usually use\recommend\get recommended the  80 µm stencil thickness, this works for us with our manufacturer and we see others have success with the same. But every manufacturer is a bit different so we prefer that our customers always communicate with the manufacturer to find the best solution. 

Stencil design, what aspect are you referring to then?
