The output voltage of PPK2 is incorrect.

I set the voltage at the PPK “Source meter” to 1250mv, and then used a multimeter to measure the voltage between the PPK “vout” and “GND”, which was 2830mv. How can this situation be resolved?

And I have already taken the PPK test, The output voltage of the other PPK is accurate.

  • And I have tried the TP34 recovery method, but there was no function, now I can't use the PPK to turn on my DUT.

  • Hi,

According to our documentation, the PPK2's VOUT should follow the voltage you set in the power profiler app. From your description, the behavior is a bit unexpected. Have you confirmed that you are in Source Meter mode and enabled output in the power profiler app? If you have tried the TP34 recovery method and if another PPK2 is working as expected, then there may be a hardware fault. I would recommend you not use the PPK2 which contains the fault to power your DUT as it can be damaging. You can open a DevZone ticket or request for a replacement. Include a description of the PPK which contains the fault, confirm that the same setup works with another and include that TP34 recovery method did not work.
