NRF Sniffer nRF51422 (PCA10028) support

I am trying to setup a nRF51422 Development Kit (PCA10028) v1.1.0 board with ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1 sniffer. I programmed the Dev board with firmware version ble-sniffer_nRF51822_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer.hex came with NRF-sniffer 1.0.1 release. After I programmed the Dev board with FW via nRFgo studio, and I noticed all 4 LEDs on the Dev board stayed ON, and Sniffer software tools can't discover the Dev board via COM port. However I do see JLink CDC port under device manager.

Can anyone help me out with this issue?

I couldn't get any output from the UART example via CDC port. I think the problem might be that I am running Windows 7 on a virtual machine, because I am able to see "Start" message from the UART example when I connect the CDC port on a host machine running Windows7.
