PPK2 reverse current protection, and expected voltage burden for ammeter mode

Hello,

Im worried i bricked my PPK2, as I had it in ammeter mode possibly reverse VIN/VOUT connections to my DUT.

The DUT is powered over usb externally. I tried to measure a certain core voltage rail but noticed the ppk died (led off and usb disconnected) when i powered the DUT.

Now after a replugging a couple times it came back on and i reflashed it, now seems to connect fine to PC, but i notice now a voltage drop across vin and vout when connected to my DUT of around 0.36V. this is too large right?

1. What is the expected voltage drop for amp measuring mode?
2. Does it seem like my board is in a bad state or is there a way to confirm it is ok?

Hello,

All our equipment is to calibration this week, so not even able to measure a simple voltage for comparison. But I would not expect this kind of drop no, so I recommend to order yourself a new PPK.
