temperature data for SMT reflow

I’m designing a PCB using NRF9151-LACA-R7 and an NRF52810-QFAA-QFN48

Our CM needs the exact temperature data for SMT reflow, but we can’t find it clearly in the datasheets.

Could you please:

• Provide the recommended reflow soldering temperature profile (peak temperature, time above liquidus, ramp rates)

• Confirm the maximum allowed temperatures during reflow

• Confirm the operating temperature range for both parts

• Point us to the exact document(s) online (datasheet, assembly guideline, application note) where this information is officially specified

For nRF9151‑LACA‑R7:

• The recommended reflow profile is JEDEC J‑STD‑020D with 3 maximum reflow cycles as mentioned in Reflow conditions and Absolute maximum ratings documentation.
• Maximum allowed temperature as stated by JEDEC J-STD-020 standard.
• Operating temperature range are mentioned in operating conditions and thermal design documentation

For nRF52810‑QFAA (QFN48):

• nRF52810 is part of the QFN package whose reflow profile details can be found here.
• The profile shows it has a maximum temperature of 230-255 °C.
• Operating temperature range are mentioned in operating conditions.

I have the same question for the NRF52811-QCAA-R7, so I'd like to know the recommended reflow temperature profile.

Since this part also has a QFN package, can I safely assume that the profile in the link you provided also applies for this part? That link specifically mentions the aQFN73 and the aQFN94, so I am not sure if that profile applies for all Nordic parts in a QFN package.
