I would suggest you to take a look at the mechanical specifications documentation for nRF54L15-CAAA package dimensions. You can find the minimum, nominal, maximum values. According to the given table, the dimensions are 2.451mm (nominal length D) x 2.245mm (nominal width E) x 0.377mm (minimum overall height A). Unfortunately, the docs do not mention the weight and therefore, I cannot provide a specific value there.
