Nordic chatbot is not visible on any browser from my work computer

Hi,

Sometime ago, the Nordic chatbot (bottom right icon) on this page https://docs.nordicsemi.com/ worked great on my work computer using Edge browser. Now even though I am logged in, I still do not see the chatbot option in the bottom right corner of the above link. The same works on my personal computer. Can you help with what configuration should I tell my IT support team to configure to make this working again?
