fatal error: nrf.h: No such file or directory

Question

I switched from the nRF-bm\v0.9.0 to nRF-bm\v1.0.0 SDK and now I am getting the following error message: 
 fatal error: nrf.h: No such file or directory 
 "nrf.h" is now located in a different directory: c:
cs
rf-bm\v1.0.0\modules\hal
ordic
rfx\ bsp\stable\mdk\ 
 Before it was located in c:
cs
rf-bm\v0.9.0\modules\hal
ordic
rfx\mdk\ 
 How I can resolve this issue?

Hello, 
 In In nRF-bm v1.0.0 / nrfx 4.0 the BSP/MDK was restructured and Nordic now recommends that you include nrfx.h globally instead of including nrf.h (or other MDK sub‑headers) directly.
