I tried communication between PC and my own board(nRF51822) PCA10000 usb dongle&MCP, I found that the first time I send n(where n is any decimal number) bytes data(s) from nRF51822 to PC, it can receive correctly, but next time I send data(s) which fewer than n bytes, the MCP cannot show exactly, and i check the log file, the data is incorrect, why? BTW, is there any SDK(c or c++) for PC, which support me to develop BLE APPs on PC side? Or does Nordic have any plan to release SDK for PC?

You or others in similar situations might find the Nordic sniffer useful. Instead of the log from MCP, you would also be able to see the actual package content on air. The user guide for the sniffer can be found here.
