Can't access Memfault through nRF Cloud

Hi, so my intention was to test the free subscription of Memfault with the thingy91
I created my account in nRF Cloud but the button to access Memfault is not there, I had to create a second account and it appeared

Do you have any ideas?
I'd really appreciate if you could help me with this as I don't want to use my personal email for this
