Can a GPIO provide 3.5mA continuous current? Output capacitance 1nF.
Hi,
Most of the GPIOs can typically provide 3.5 mA continuous current. However, the pin has to be set to high-drive mode. In high-drive mode, Nordic chips allow 3-5 mA per pin. Also, ensure that you stay within the total current limit and per-pin IOH/IOL limits. The sum of the GPIO currents shouldn't be higher than the recommended total GPIO current for the device.
