NCS 3.2.0 toolchain

Hi,

I downloaded the NCS v3.2.0, but always got the error below when unpacking the toolchain , the same error when downloading via Vscode. and there is no problem for v3.1.0

Hi Jason,

Can you try to either install NCS toolchain and SDK in your C:\ drive or to install nrfutil in your D:\ drive? 

I would recommend trying to get your whole development environment on a single drive. We have seen some issue with multi-drive setup.

I unpacked the toolchain by 7-zip manually , and it works
