What is the tolerance of the 0.9V internal reference used by the nrf54L15 SAADC (+/-10%?, +/-1%?), and what is the maximum external reference voltage allowed?

Hi,

The accuracy of VREF doesn't need to be considered separately as the inaccuracy from VREF is included in the ADC Gain error. 

So I would suggest you to keep it as close to 0.9V as possible.

The external reference voltage should be close the internal reference voltage. Preferably no more than 5% deviation from the internal reference voltage, VREF.

The language in the reference is a little bit weak. Can I use a 1.024 V reference? That is more than 0.9 + 5%. What would be the consequences of using this reference instead of the internal reference?
