Evaluation NRF 51822 EK : Problem to connect the Board with the android and IOS application nrfUART

Hello,

I am Ethera's engineer, evaluation technologies to include on our next generation products.

Here our goal is to have a transparent mode between a smartphone program and a embeded program via your nRF51 BTLE technology.

We try to use the evaluation kit without so much success.

1:Dose PCA10001 can be seen from the nRF UART from iOS? If yes witch firmware we should load toPCA10001? 2:Dose PAA10000 can be seen from the nRF UART from iOS?

Now, my phone is connected to your board with your IOS application uart.

I can send data with my phone to the board but i can't send data with the board to my phone.

To realise this experimentation i use a serial communication port and a TTL to USB Serial Converter Cables.

P0.09 TXD pin P0.11 RXD pin

Which terminaison characteres we needs to receive data on the phone?

Yes，I have met the same problem .In fact,I have made many experiments,and the phone recieved successfully only once.I can't understand the phenomenon.I made a little change: P0.02 TXD pin P0.00 RXD pin

Great that you've gotten things working, but be aware that the Segger chip also includes a built-in serial port emulator, so you don't have to use an external one. The examples are by default set up to use this one, so things should more or less just work.
