the "3.0.0-preview2" is likey the cuprit.

Editing the URL to my current SDK 3.2.1 resolves to a real page:

`ncs-latest` -- which is generally what the DevAcademy links use -- also resolves, but has the formatting issues for other ncs-latest pages that I raised in an earlier ticket.
