SAR and FCC for a wearable with WIFI

I am looking to a wearable / health tracker which will be mounted on a persons head. 

Are there any precertfied nRF7002 module where I don't need to go through the pain of SAR testing?

We usually cannot recommend any third party modules as it depends on the customer's choice.

I am nevertheless, checking this internally and will keep you updated.
