Spec for nrf8001 setup format

Nevermind,

I reverse engineered the format and wrote a infinitely superior setup generator in python :) Now the discovery process works like a charm on Android also.

Any chance you'd be willing to share this? Would be great to not have to switch to windows just to experiment with different settings
