Request for Export Functionality of Model Training Charts in ai.lab.nordicsemi.com

Hello,

While using ai.lab.nordicsemi.com for model training, I noticed that after the training process is completed, the platform generates several performance charts, such as accuracy curves, confusion matrices, and other evaluation visualizations. These charts are very important for performance analysis and further optimization.

I would like to export these charts for offline analysis, documentation purposes, and sharing results with my team. However, it seems that there is currently no option to export the charts (e.g., as PNG,CSV, or raw underlying data).

In a typical development workflow, archiving and independently analyzing training results is a common requirement. Without the ability to export the visualizations or their underlying data, it becomes more difficult to compare models, evaluate performance in depth, or prepare technical reports.

Therefore, I would like to ask:

  1. Is there currently a way to export the training charts or their underlying data?

  2. If not, could export functionality be considered in a future update?

If there are any recommended workarounds, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

Thank you for your support.

  • Hi Jarvis,

Clearly I didn't return to you within one week like I had planned. My apologies. It took me a while to track down the right person.

Here is the feedback from the team:

"Currently, there is no option to download/export the charts you mentioned. However, this is a great suggestion, and we’ve forwarded your feature request to our development team.

We can’t guarantee a timeline at this stage, but we will keep you informed if there are any updates."
