PWM pin

Hi：
     Could you please advise me on how to use P1.01 as the output pin for PWM for NRF54LM20A? I attempted to use the regular IO mode and pulled P1.01 to a high level, but when tested with an oscilloscope, it still showed a low level. And my overlay file has already set the NFCT status to "disable".
