Migration from mbedtls v2.28.2 to v3.6.5 - Is it possible

Hi,

I am working on a project which uses nRF5 sdk v17.1.0 & mbedtls v 2.2.8.2. Now i ma planning to make some changes in application code and re release it. My question is with nrf5 sdk version is it possible to migrate to mbedtls v3.6.5? I know that in v3.6.5 lot of changes are made and even API's are modified. Is it possible with memory footprint of nrf52832?

I assume you meant you are using mbedtls v2.28.2 not v2.2.8.2 ? 

The nRF5 SDK official support and tested with mbedtls v2.16.10. It's in maintenance mode so there has been no new development in the last couple of years.
We haven't done any test or evaluation with mbedtls v3.6.5 on nRF5 SDK v17.1.0, unfortunately.
