IOT-TCP Client Example

Hi, I am using nrf51822 chip and i have compiled the TCP Client example from IOT SDK in eclipse.I am using Master control panel as a central device to discover the device but it is not advertising.I have tried with Windows MCP,but no luck.Whether i have to use any other central device??Thanks in advance.
