Dear Nordic Support Team,
nPM2100, SHPHLD pin: we would like to connect a pushbutton to GND to wake the PMIC from ship mode. Additionally, we would like to read the pushbutton state from an nRF54L15 GPIO. Would it be allowed to connect a resistive divider to +3.3V as shown in the picture below? We are aware that this might inject a very small current into SHPHLD when +3.3V is present.
Or would you strongly suggest to trigger an PMIC interrupt on falling edge on SHPHLD and use the PMIC GPIO as interrupt output and feed this to the nRF54?
In terms of firmware, the resistor approach would be easier to handle as we do not need to configure, clear interrupt flags etc.
Thanks for your support!
Best regards
Juergen
