Do I need a nRF52 DevKit to be able to use RSSI Viewer?

Hi.

I'm total noob so please excuse my ignorance. I have a nRF54L15-DK which is obviously not a nRF52 device and the RSSI viewer is only compatible with nRF52 series. 
But since I need RSSI information for my other nRF54L15 devices, what would be the best/cheapest approach here? Should I find/write some code for nRF52L15 to show RSSI information on serial terminal, or would a simple few USD nRF52 device (like this) be sufficient? I guess the RSSI viewer requires a full DK, right? 
Is there some alternative to RSSI viewer for nRF54L15-DK?

Easiest option for "another board" to interface with the PC us usually the nRF52840 DONGLE. Good for these things and sniffer but not as good for development as the DKs as there is no debugger.

OK, that helps. Would any device with nRF52840 (like this) qualify as DONGLE and therefore work with RSSI viewer or it has to be the Nordic nRF52840 DONGLE?

The 3rd party dongle is not officially supported by us so we can't say it will work or not. The nRF52840 DONGLE is supported by Nordic for sure.
