nRF52840 BQB QDID

Hi nordic support:

Our product uses the nRF52840 and nRF5_SDK_17.1.0 (s140_nrf52_7.2.0_softdevice) with an external FEM . Our board's BLE TX power is greater than 10 dBm, and we are currently undergoing BQB certification testing. During the ICS (Implementation Conformance Statement) Selection check, the system prompts that we need to unlock the Link Layer (L-layer) and enable additional checkboxes. This would require Nordic to provide all raw Link Layer data for the chip.

Could you help us to check if Nordic have a new QDID for the nRF52840 when the BLE TX power is greater than 10 dBm (with an external FEM)?

As of the time of writing, BLE can only be legally used up to 10dBm, except in the United States. Therefore, we don't have such QDID.

You shouldn't do this. You can choose the option with no retesting required, if you are using only the nRF52840 for BLE, even with FEM. For RFPHY, it's recommended that you retest regardless, because the physical design is almost never the same as the one in our QDID anyway.
