Not able to sync device data with the cloud.

Hello Team,

Recently we had purchased Nordic Thingy:91x from you. But when we tried Out-Of-The-Box we were not able to sync device data to the cloud. 
We had connected Onomondo SIM to Thingy:91x and restarted it. We scanned the QR and able to connect the device to cloud. But the data from cloud its not even updating.

And even LED is blinking yellow. Its not changing to Blue. As in one video tutorial it was blinking Blue when it gets connected to cloud.

Please let me know the reason why I am facing this issue with the Thingy:91x.

    How long did you leave the device running? We know that it in some cases it can take up to 30 minutes before correctly connected to the network. That said, where are you testing? Does the provided SIM have coverage in the area you are testing?

    Have you captured modem traces? Can you please share with us from the Cellular Monitor?

    You can find the file under RAW trace name on the left hand side.
