Not able to sync device data with the cloud.

Hello Team,

Recently we had purchased Nordic Thingy:91x from you. But when we tried Out-Of-The-Box we were not able to sync device data to the cloud. 
We had connected Onomondo SIM to Thingy:91x and restarted it. We scanned the QR and able to connect the device to cloud. But the data from cloud its not even updating.

And even LED is blinking yellow. Its not changing to Blue. As in one video tutorial it was blinking Blue when it gets connected to cloud.

Please let me know the reason why I am facing this issue with the Thingy:91x.

    Understood your point.

    Here in India Airtel supports LTE-M and NB-IOT as I have gone through their website, I have found this.

    And 2 points which you mentioned also supported by Airtel

    • 3GPP LTE release 14 Cat-M1 compliant
    • 3GPP LTE release 14 Cat-NB1 and Cat-NB2 compliant

    But does not support

    • 3GPP LTE release 17 IoT NTN compliant

    But as you mentioned Jio Supports all 3 points which you mentioned above. Is NTN Standards required for the SIM to match the requirement specifications?

    No, sorry, the NTN (non terrestrial network) can be ignored in your case. This it not supported with the supplied modem fw in your device.

    I recommend reaching out to Airtel to confirm that LTE-M and NB-IoT is activated on your SIM and that there is coverage in your area.
