Question on working humidity of nRF54L15

    What is the normal operating humidity range for the nRF54L15, and is the operating humidity the same under different operating voltages?

Hi,

You can find the recommended operating conditions in the table given in: Recommended Operating Conditions 

The operating temperature for the nrf54L15 is -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius (Extended operating temperature: +105 degrees Celsius). 

The recommended storage relative humidity is maximum 90% and the operating humidity is the same for different operating voltages.

Is the operating humidity of the chip 90%?

Hi,

All of our IC packages are supposed to meet the standard which is 85% relative humidity at 85 degrees Celsius for 1000 hours operation (The test lasts for 1000 hours).
