Use NRF52840-DK OB J-Link to debug MCUs from other vendors (non-Nordic)?

Is it possible to use OB J-Link to debug STM32/RP2040 MCUs connected to P19/P20? Or OB J-Link support limited to Nordic only?

I tried with external STM32/RP2040 via SWD, but without success.

Using SEGGER's software, it is limited to Nordic only,

However, using OpenOCD, it should work.

We recommend/guarantee performance when using the Debug chip on the DK to program external baords which use the nRF Chips.
