nRF9151 no communication using pti fw

Hi, in order to be familiarized with the transceiver we have purchased an evk nRF9151 from Nordic.

 

I have some questions because an issue appears when I try to modulate the signal at NR+.

I’m using the nRF connect Nordic platform to flash the modem. If I use the general AT commands fw from the website: nrf91x1_cellular_at_commands_v1.4

The evk responds correctly to the AT commands, however, this fw has not NR+ modulation available as you can see below:

Only cellular modulation is available.. I found other fw: nrf91x1_pti_at_commands_v1.5. This fw allows to configure the modulation required by Wirepas:

However, once the fw is flashed the evk doesn’t respond to the AT commands. I have found a similar issue in the Nordic’s forum, you can see the info in this link:

Do you know how we can configure the transceiver to use Wirepas modulations to carry out RF testing?.

    Are you targeting a DECT NR+ mesh application using Wirepas? The Production Test Image facilitates calibration, testing, and configuration features for production purposes. 

    DECT NR+ operation is enabled on bands 1, 2, 4, 9, and 22. Band 4 is supported by nRF9151 LACA A0 and A1.

    This release aligns with v1.5 of the nRF91x1 Production Test AT Commands Reference Guide.

    However, once the fw is flashed the evk doesn’t respond to the AT commands.

    What application did you flash your device with? AT client sample should be best fit in this situation. Please note that we have samples to test with, but these need e.g. DECT NR+ FW 2.0.0.

    The issue in this case was that the customer was using the wrong application that did not support PTI.
