DeviceFamilyPack doesn't work

when i turn on the Keil, they have showed error to me "Install missing Software Packs? NordicSemiconductor.nRF_ConfidentialDeviceFamilyPack"

then i try to re-intall familypack with 'pack installer' but it didn't...

when i check the schema of DeviceFamilyPack 8.5.0 Check PDSC Schema for C:\Keil_v5\ARM\PACK\NordicSemiconductor\nRF_DeviceFamilyPack\8.5.0\NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.pdsc: Success

then i reinstall all(keil, nrf,,,,,,) but just show that...

help me plz

Have you tried going into the Pack Installer and clicked "Check For Updates"?
