nRFgo studio shows "please reset the device to bootloader mode"

I am trying to start programming in nrf51822 module with the waveshare kit. but the kit always shows the error as switch to boot-loader mode . how to solve this problem?

In the nRFgo studio software, you should use the "nRF5x Bootloader" menu only if the target has a serial bootloader already programmed.

If you want to program the nRF device for the first time, an option is to use a Segger tool and the "nRF5x Programming" menu. Then, you will need to flash the target with a SoftDevice and an application.

i have nrf51822 waveshare kit with ulink2 debugger. Is there any solution to use ulink2 instead of segger debugger?
