What is the switching frequency of the internal DCDC in 54L15? What is the function of the FB1 ferrite bead in the reference design? Are there any risks in changing the capacitance values of C1, C2, C12, and C5?

It is always recommended to follow the reference design since all the values are fixed after testing for optimal RF performance.
