nRF 52840 dongle can't be recognized when plug in PC

I want to use nrf52840 dongle as sniffer to catch 802.15.4 packet. 

But after I use "nRF Connect for Desktop v5.2.1" to program the nRF Sniffer firmware(nrf802154_sniffer_dongle.hex),then I plug in to PC, PC can't recognize USB, and the green LED can't on.

Press reset key for 2-3s, the red LED can flash.

Now, How should I do?

Which image do you program to the nRF52840 Dongle? Could you use nRF Connect Programmer to flash this nrf802154_sniffer/nrf802154_sniffer_nrf52840dongle.hex?

Thanks for your help. after I flash "nrf802154_sniffer_nrf52840dongle.hex" you offer, It can be recognized by PC.

But I can't find nRF Sniffer for 802.15.4 after open wireshark. Why?
