if need redo the batterie test, when npm1300 SDK updated with new release

Dear Nordic team 

our customer just done the batterie profile with NPM1300 for mass production, and they just find out, there is some update under the npm1300 SDK, which related to aging test 

batterie health ?

so kindly ask

1. what is this new SDK related for, and if there is any impact of the npm1300 production

2 do they need to redo the batterie test with this new SDK

It does not require re-profiling of your batteries. The new firmware is backwards compatilbe with the Fuel-Gauge 2 libraries. From that page, you can also request Beta release access, if you want to test the new features. 

So no re-testing is required. This can all be part of a DFU in the feature, if you need to go to production before these new features are ready.
