Hi, 

You can enable configs to build the CPUNET image as the sub image. See Using Zephyr samples with sysbuild and Multiprotocol support for nRF5340. 

NCS Thread: CLI and Thread: CoAP Client samples support the multiprotocol feature, which can run both Thread and Bluetooth LE functionality simultaneously.
