We're dimensioning the pullup resistors for the lowest possible standby current in system-OFF, but we cannot find any leakage current spec in the nRF54LM20 PS / datasheet.
Please help us figuring this out.
Thanks

Hello,
That is simply because the input impedance is so high that you will not be able to measure it. You can find that we have some internal configurable pull up/downs that you can enable on the pins, and enabling them have no effect on the power consumption (I believe they are around 14kohm).

Thanks, but that's not the information I am looking for.
I am using external pullups, for good EE reasons. I do not want to use the internal pullups.
I want to know the leakage current spec for the nRF54LM20 GPIOs, just like Nordic (and many other MCU manufacturers) also publishes these for their other MCUs.

I can put in an internal request, this may take some time though if it needs simulations.

Thank you, much appreciated.
