The nRFI300 on my nrf54l15 DK development board has malfunctioned. How can I fix it to make the development board work normally again?

As shown in the figure below, I measured a voltage of 5V at the location marked in red, and measured a voltage of 0V in the components within the yellow box。

Is it absolutely necessary to replace the nRPI300 in order to use this development board? If the nRPI300 is not replaced, how can we proceed to make the development board work normally？

Hello,

I can only assume something have been damaged to the board, so it may also be that other components have been stressed if it was due to ESD/EOS, so I would recommend get a new DK. Also, I can see it's a rather old DK with early engineering B of the nRF54L15. I would honestly get a new one in any case.
