Hello, I'm trying to use the nRF54LM20A, but I'm a bit confused about the reference circuitry. What does "VDD_USB_3V3" refer to? What about all the different antenna labels (ant:1, ant:2, etc)?

Hi,
VDD_USB_3V3 is a decoupling pin for the internal USB regulator. You just need to have a decoupling cap on the pin with 2.2 uF value.
Regarding the matching network , if you are referring to the highlighted labels in below picture, you can just ignore the labeling texts. The important part is to use exact same components for matching network, the label names are not important.
