NPM1300 Hibernate Mode Buck1 Buck2 output status

Hi, from documentation, When NPM1300 enter Hibernate Mode Buck1 Buck2 output will be turn offed.

But for my testing with nPM1300-EK board, when using nPM PowerUP v2.22 pc software --> System Features --> Low Power Control --> Click Enter Hibernate Mode.

I found Buck1(Vout1) still has 1.8v output and Buck2(Vout2) still has 3v output. Is it expected?

I have further founding: 

When at nPM PowerUP v2.22 pc software --> Regulators --> enable "Active Output Capacitor Discharge" for Buck 1 and Buck 2, then Click Enter Hibernate Mode. found Buck1(Vout1)  and Buck2(Vout2) can drop to 0V.

Howerver, afrer about 10sec found Buck1(Vout1)  suddently has 1.8v output and Buck2(Vout2) suddently has 3v output. seems PMIC reseted. 

Is it expected? How to sove it?

Regarding the unexpected wake up, it is probably the wake-up timer, or do you see the same if you enter ship mode as well?

     If enter ship mode, it is ok. no reset.

Thanks. So this suggests that the wake-up timer is being configured to wake up after 10 seconds. If you want the pmic to remain off until the next button press, I suggest using ship mode.

I have one more question. If npm1300 running at normal mode without loading, what is the power consumption for npm1300 chipset itself for this case? or how to minimize the power consumption for npm1300 chipset itself when running at normal mode?

For our application, when device enter sleep mode, we want to keep buck1&2 have output voltage, but we afraid npm1300 chipset itself will have negative impact for power consumption as it still running at normal mode.
