The customer assembled 513pcs on their products, but received parts seem defective. There was an error message about MAC Address Read Failure.
When the normal and defective parts were swapped only, they could confirm that the defect follows the corresponding IC.
Please review if they received defective parts and advise if there are any troubleshooting. Please let me know if further information is needed. Thank you.

Current received from Mouser: Hardware Revision E
Previous part the customer on hands: Hardware Revision G
After replacing the revision G to revision E, error message "MAC Address Read Failure. Please Restart Program." occured.
