Sniffer not working PCA10000

I am having an Windows 10 64bit OS. I am using PCA10000 board as sniffer. When i try to use it, I am getting Try plugging out the hardware error. Even CTRL +r is not working. I have attach the screenshot for .

Even i tried to manually FLASH it by using Nordic Master control panel app. I am using "ble-sniffer_nRF51822_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer" code for Flashing. Here 1st i am erasing and then successfully able to Flash new firmware. But still in Ble shiffer app its not working.

Previously is was able to use it quite comfortably but from last few weeks i am facing this problem.

I tried with different dongle but same thing.

Can any body help me out in this because i cant debug my request over Wireshark because of this.

The problem may be the version of the Jlink Segger firmware on PCA10000. Could you update it to version 5.10i or later, and check if it starts working?

There have also been some issues with programming from the sniffer (ctrl+r) not working correctly. You can try programming the dongle using nRFgo studio or nrfjprog instead.

You need to use jlink segger version 4.98c for PCA10000 and PCA10001 boards , see this answer to the question on nRF Sniffer.
