What is NRF_FAULT_ID_SDK_ERROR

Hi,

In my code i just initialize the bluetooth and my SOFTDEVICE_HANDLER_INIT() API returning the error 4001 . What is the meaning of this error ?

Which softdevice version and SDK version do you use?

Which file and line number causes the error?

I am using S132 softdevice and using SDK 11.0 . During sd_softdevice_enable() function ,its returning error 4001.
