In the reference design, the selected inductor is specified as `Inductor, 120 mA, ±20%, 0.65 Ω`. Is this the minimum requirement? What is the actual current? What is the maximum allowable DCR? Can the inductance value be adjusted, for example to 3.3 uH?
If you mean current rating of inductor, yes it is minimum. You can check below table for few example of current consumption at maximum TX settings:

Note that the internal supplies can have higher current so it is important to comply with reference design components ratings.
