I am working on bill of materials that asks for part NRF52832-CEAA, is this a valid part number as I have been told by distribution this is not a valid part number?

The parts I just received are nrf52832-qfaa. according to the spec sheet, a CEAA does not exist

If you are looking for the CSP variant of the nRF52832, then the correct part number is nRF52832-CHAA.
