Based on the above equation, I would like to know the load capacitance (CL) for the maximum and minimum values of Cpin. Therefore, could you please provide the upper and lower limits of Cpin?
My understanding is that Cpin is different from the internal capacitor.

The Cpin should have as little variation as possible, so it's safe to set Cpin in this formula to 3.1pF. Is there a specific reason you need the upper/lower limits?
