Having the same issue, since this morning. Switching device and even switching internet connection did not solve issue. I am seeing 401 and 403 errors which makes me think that Nordic changed their firewall/network settings or something. Regardless https://docs-be.nordicsemi.com/api/user is not returning anything other than "401 Unauthorized" which is problematic.
