Firmware to use LTE, NTN and GNSS using the nRF9151 and the nRF Cloud

I need to create a firmware to the nRF9151 SMA DK that can send a message to me (it can be via MQTT, but I prefer the nRF Cloud) containing info about the location of the person who press a button on the nRF, the connection (first it would connect to LTE and later to NTN) and it would blink a LED for some time. Is it possible to do it using the Asset Tracker Template?
