SUPL-C license has been denied

As the title says I was denied supl license. Really not sure why it was denied. Could someone check this out please?

These are the general conditions that needs to be satisfied when applying for SUPL-C License:

• You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement
• You must be a member of the DevZone, registered to the same email as used when applying for this license
• You must have logged in to the DevZone less than 4 weeks ago.

In addition to this, please make sure that you are using the same computer, browser and email address for signup and download. Could you check if you have met all the above.

Thank you for your response.

I am a registered member of DevZone. After logging in, I clicked on the "Library License Agreement" link and then selected "Click here to sign up for a SUPL client library license." I used the same name and email address that are registered with my DevZone account.

I have only used a single computer and the Google Chrome browser for the entire signup process. However, every time I submit the application, I receive an email stating:

"Your application for SUPL-C license has been denied."

For your information, I am currently using the nRF9151 together with the nRF7002 in a tracker device that I am developing, and I would like to use the SUPL client library as part of this project.

Since I believe I have met all the requirements you listed, could you please help me understand why I am receiving the denial email, or let me know if there are any additional requirements or steps that I may have missed?
