We are currently evaluating nRF54L15 for our product design and thermal verification process.
According to the public datasheet, we can find the operating ambient temperature range (TA) as well as package thermal resistance data (θJA and θJC). However, we could not find the following thermal specifications which are typically required for our thermal design review and reliability assessment.
Could you please provide:
1. Maximum Junction Temperature (TJ Max)
2. Maximum Case Temperature or TC Criteria
3. Thermal Simulation Report
4. Thermal Test / Validation Report
5. Any available thermal qualification or reliability documentation related to package thermal performance
6. Additional thermal parameters if available (e.g. ΨJT, ΨJB, θJB)
These thermal parameters are commonly required during system thermal analysis and component qualification.
If the information is not publicly available, please advise whether it can be provided under NDA.
