I can't recover nrf52820 dongle firmware

Hello, my name is William. I made new Lenovo wireless keyboard dongle firmware using nrf52820 and wrote it to dongle. But at first I connected device using J-link version9.5 and NRF-command-line-tool 10.7. Next I disconnected it and tried to connect again, but it wasn't connected forever.
Help me please.

Hi William,

Please update to the latest J-Linkversion and use nRF Util instead of the legacy nRF Command Line Tools.

Most likely it might be a readback protection issue. Please try the following:

1. Download nRF Util.
2. Install the nrfutil device command.
3. Connect the dongle.
4. Run:

   nrfutil device recover
5. Disconnect and reconnect the dongle.
